At Border Hypnotherapy Centre we are committed to ensuring you receive the best treatment possible.  Everyone is different therefore each session is bespoke to the individual and his/her particular circumstances.   Some people will only require one visit, while others may require 2-3 sessions.  Our aim is to give sufficient time in the crucial first session to ensure that a minimum number of sessions is required which is why the first session lasts 2 hours.  Follow-up sessions are either 1 hour or 1.5 hours depending on preference. 

Consultations are held at the Border Hypnotherapy Centre in Galashiels with appointments also available in Edinburgh City Centre.
