At Border Hypnotherapy Centre we are committed to ensuring you receive the best treatment possible.  Everyone is different therefore each session is bespoke to the individual and his/her particular circumstances.   Some people will only require one visit, while others may require 2-3 sessions.  Our aim is to give sufficient time in the crucial first session to ensure that a minimum number of sessions is required which is why the first NLP/Hypnotherapy session lasts 2 hours.  Follow-up sessions are either 1 hour or 1.5 hours depending on preference. 

Hypno-Band Weight Loss System requires 5 sessions of 1 hour each.

Emotrance and Reiki sessions are booked as single sessions of 1 hour and 45 mins respectively.

Consultations are held at the Border Hypnotherapy Centre in Galashiels and are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Fees -  Regrettably, we can only accept payment by cash or cheque as we are currently unable to accept payment by debit or credit cards at our premises. Alternatively, if you wish to pay before your session by either debit or credit card or paypal you can do so using the paypal button at the bottom of this page. Please note that you do not need a paypal account when using this option.

Package deal - Book and pay for one 2 hour session and two follow-up sessions of either 1 hour or 90 minutes and receive a 10% discount if paid in full either before or at the end of the first session.  A saving of up to £23.

HYPNO-BAND Weight Loss System  

5 sessions paid over first 4 sessions - £100 at session one, £50 at session two, £50 at session three and £50 at session four.

This is a complete package of five one hour sessions and includes two CD's for use at home.
