Trying to lose weight and nothing seems to work?   How many diets have you tried? How much weight did you put on once you came off that diet?

The problem with diets is that they don't address
the underlying reasons behind your bad eating habits. 

Think about it - logically you know that if you eat too much and don't exercise you will put on weight, but does that stop you from eating that bag of crisps or bar of chocolate?

Our subconscious is like a computer - it doesn't recognise logic.  All it does is what it's programmed to do - It keeps all our habits running.  So if over the years you have reached for food every time you are bored or stressed it becomes a habit and eventually you get to the point where your subconscious takes over and thinks "ok this is a habit so this is what we do every time we are stressed or bored".  Your subconscious thinks it is
helping you by running that behaviour everytime you're in that situation.

Diets rarely work on a long term basis because most people don't pay attention to their subconscious mind which is fighting away in the background.

If you don't address the underlying reasons behind your bad eating habits and re-programme your subconscious to run new habits - as soon as you come off that diet you will revert to your old eating patterns and the weight will just pile back on.
