At Border Hypnotherapy Centre we provide Hypnotherapy alongside Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), an equally
powerful technique to help you resolve the issues which not only prevent you from achieving whatever it is you want to achieve but also from being the person you want to be.

Everyone has all the inner resources they need to make the changes they desire however sometimes we just don't know how to utilise these, so as a Licensed NLP Master Practitioner and Hypnotherapist, I use a mix of tools and techniques to establish new patterns of thoughts and behaviour to enable clients' make positive changes in their lives. In addition I will teach you some of these techniques so that you can use them in other situations, allowing to you become your own
expert, thereby reducing the ongoing reliance on
me or other therapists.

I use Hypnotherapy and NLP to help you change what you are doing in your mind and body which is determining how you feel right now in the present, so that you can move towards what you want to achieve in the future. It is ideal for people who want to:

Hypnotherapy & NLP consultations are held at the Border Hypnotherapy Centre in Galashiels with appointments also
available in Edinburgh.

I also hold monthly
 Stress Reduction & Relaxation workshops on the last Thursday of each month.
